Jonathan Morris

Jonathan Morris the author of Coffee. A Global History (Reaktion Books 2019) and co-creator of The History of Coffee Podcast Series (2021) available on all major podcast platforms. He can be found on Twitter and Instagram @coffeehistoryjm He co-edited Coffee: A Comprehensive Guide to the Bean, the Beverage, and the Industry (Rowman and Littlefield, 2013). He collaborates with a wide range of coffee companies and institutions and is a judge of the Best New Product category in the Specialty Coffee Association's annual World of Coffee exhibition. His broader interests cover business history, food studies and the history of consumer society with particular reference to Italy. Jonathan is Research Professor in Modern European History and Special Advisor to the Pro-Vice Chancellor Research and Enterprise at the University of Hertfordshire, and a Vice President of the Royal Historical Society
